Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) or credit toward a different item.

Prior to returning, please e-mail me, so that I know it's coming and can watch for the item.  All items must be returned in the original inner packaging and in unused condition, and shipped in a padded envelope or sturdy shipping box.  For returns, the cost of shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

All refunds are issued minus shipping and handling charges, through PayPal transfer, after I receive the item. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Pauline's Jewelry Box is not responsible for returned items that are lost en route and in the care of the USPS. As a result, you may wish to purchase available insurance before returning any item.
